Who we are

Four Flora provides in-home houseplant care in Fairfield County, Connecticut. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect what you enter into the form:

• Your name and email address
• Your town
• The approximate number of plants in your home
• The plant-care problem you most often run into
• What monthly amount feels reasonable to you
• Any optional notes you choose to add

We also record the date and time of your submission and the website or advertisement that referred you, so we understand which channels reach people.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment details, government identification numbers, or health information through this form.

How we use it

• To contact you when we open scheduling in your town
• To plan where and in what order we begin service
• To understand, in aggregate, what people need and what pricing is reasonable

We will not add you to a newsletter, sell or rent your information, or share your details with other companies for their own marketing.

Where it is stored

Waitlist submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet controlled by Four Flora, hosted on Google's infrastructure. Access is limited to the people who need it to operate the business.

Analytics and advertising

This site may use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how visitors find and use it. These services set cookies and may collect your IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, and the ad or link that brought you here. This helps us measure which advertising works and is not used to identify you personally.

You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser opt-out add-on, and manage advertising personalisation in your Google Ad Settings. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies.

Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of delivering them.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist entries until you ask us to remove them, or until it is clear we will not be serving your area. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You may ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email us and we will act on it. Connecticut residents have additional rights under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, including the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal data, and to appeal a refused request.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
